ACTIVITY

It is proposed to make the PTM more accessible by dividing the text into two documents:
– A summary version, designed for easy consultation, featuring macro-aggregates, intuitive graphics, and tables, aimed at being easily understood by citizens.
– A full version, more analytical and technical, intended for professionals and experts.

It is suggested to restore urban planning standards from the old General Regulatory Plans. This could include the integration of sustainability indices, calculated as the ratio of public green spaces per inhabitant/unit of measure, accompanied by graphical zoning (a color scale of red, yellow, and green).

The plan should also identify potentially reusable areas (e.g., former barracks, disused factories, abandoned shopping centers) to compensate for the monetization of green spaces over the years, as exceptions to previous urban planning standards.

There is a call for greater transparency in the use of the equalization mechanism. Additionally, a proposal is made to include Environmental Architecture Projects within the PTM framework.

A proposal was submitted to ARPAE for an evaluation to include oxygen level measurements in the air monitoring stations within the urban area of Bologna.

The reduction of oxygen levels in the air (see air composition percentages) below the average threshold of 20.95% effectively equates to breathing impure and therefore polluted air.

It is requested that the oxygen percentage be added to the parameters monitored. If the percentage falls below the threshold, appropriate measures must be taken.

One potential measure could be to propose (including to the Ministry of Health) the use of 70 hectares of decommissioned military state-owned land as facilities for oxygen production.
